Services

What I do, and what it costs.

The main job is websites and local SEO that bring in calls. Around that, I help owners hire, handle HR questions, and set up the AI tools and dashboards that give them back a few hours a week.

01 · Get found (the main service)

Websites & local SEO

For South Florida businesses that win customers from people searching nearby: contractors, home services, clinics, salons, restaurants, and professional offices. Most clients do both, so ask about the combined price.

Website build

From [$X,XXX], one time

A fast website built to turn visitors into calls and booked jobs. Every page answers the questions your customers ask before they hire someone.

Your part: about [2 hours] in total. A kickoff call, a short questionnaire, and a look before launch.

Included

  • Up to [8] pages: home, services, service areas, about, and contact
  • Copy written for you from a [45-minute] interview, or edited from what you have
  • Click-to-call and booking buttons on every page
  • A contact form that sends straight to your inbox
  • On-page SEO basics: titles, descriptions, headings, and business schema
  • Accessible design (WCAG 2.1 AA), so it works for people using screen readers
  • Analytics that count calls and form fills, not just visits
  • Fast, low-cost hosting set up in your name
  • [30] days of fixes after launch

Timeline: [4–6 weeks].

Local SEO

  • A simple way to ask happy customers for reviews: a short link and a text you can send
  • [2] Google Business Profile posts a month

Minimum: [3 months, then month to month].

02 · People

HR consultation & recruiting

For businesses that have grown past the point where the owner can handle hiring and HR on instinct.

HR consultation

From [$XXX] an hour, or [$X,XXX] a month

Someone to call when a people question comes up: an employee who keeps showing up late, a policy you need in writing, a raise conversation, or what to set up before your first hire.

Good to know: I’m not an attorney. When something needs legal advice, I’ll say so and tell you what to ask your employment lawyer.

Included

  • Advice by phone, text, or email, with a reply within [1 business day]
  • Policies and an employee handbook written or updated for how you actually run things
  • Help with performance problems, write-ups, and terminations, documented properly
  • Job titles, pay ranges, and a fair way to handle raises
  • Onboarding plans for a new hire’s first 90 days
  • Referrals to an employment attorney or CPA when you need one

Hourly, or a monthly retainer that includes up to [X hours].

Third-party HR review

From [$X,XXX]

A fresh set of eyes on how you hire, pay, and document your people. You get a written report: what’s fine, what’s risky, and what to fix first.

What I review

  • Your employee handbook and written policies
  • Hiring and onboarding paperwork: offer letters, new-hire forms, and the I-9 process
  • Job descriptions and employee vs. contractor classification
  • Time off, scheduling, and pay practices, flagged for your CPA or attorney where needed
  • Personnel files and recordkeeping
  • A written report ranked by priority, plus a [60-minute] walkthrough

Timeline: [2–3 weeks].

Recruitment consulting

Recruiting & hiring solutions

From [$X,XXX] per role

Help at whatever stage you’re stuck. I can run the search for you, build a hiring process your team can repeat, or both.

Ways I can help

  • Hire for one role. I write the post, find and screen candidates, and hand you a shortlist of [3–5] people worth interviewing. You make the call.
  • Hiring process setup. Job descriptions, screening questions, structured interview guides, scorecards, and offer templates.
  • Hiring tools. An applicant tracking system ([e.g., Workable, BambooHR, or Breezy]) and job board accounts, set up and connected.
  • Interview training. A [60-minute] session for you or your managers on interviewing fairly and consistently.

Most roles take [3–6 weeks] to fill.

03 · Systems

AI agents, dashboards & Google Workspace

The behind-the-scenes setup that answers leads faster, shows you your numbers, and keeps your team’s email and files in order.

AI agentic solutions

AI agents & automation

Setup from [$X,XXX], plus [$XXX] a month

An AI agent is software that can read a message, decide what to do, and do it in your tools. I set them up for the repetitive work that eats a small business owner’s evenings.

Honest advice: if a simple automation will do the job, I’ll build that instead. It costs less and breaks less often.

Common jobs for an agent

  • Lead responder. Replies to new website and Google messages within minutes, day or night, asks your screening questions, and books the good ones on your calendar.
  • Quote follow-up. Checks in on open quotes after [2] and [7] days, so fewer jobs go quiet.
  • Review requests. Asks every customer for a review after a finished job and flags complaints for you to handle personally.
  • Inbox and intake. Sorts email and form submissions, drafts replies for you to approve, and logs details in your CRM or spreadsheet.
  • Hiring assistant. Organizes applications and schedules phone screens. People make every hiring decision.

Built on tools you already use, like [Google Workspace, your CRM, and your phone system]. You approve anything important, and every action is logged.

Tailored business dashboards

Business dashboards

From [$X,XXX] to build

One screen with the numbers you actually check, updated on its own, so you stop logging into five apps every Monday morning.

How it starts: a 45-minute call about the decisions you make each week. The dashboard is built around those, not around every number we can find.

What it can show

  • Leads by source: Google, your website, referrals, and ads
  • Calls, form fills, and booked appointments
  • Sales and revenue from [QuickBooks, Square, or your POS]
  • Google reviews and your rating over time
  • Hiring: open roles, applicants, and time to hire
  • Built in [Looker Studio or Google Sheets], shared with your team, and refreshed [daily]

Timeline: [2–3 weeks]. Optional upkeep from [$XXX] a month.

Google Workspace setup

From [$XXX]

Professional email at your own domain (you@yourbusiness.com), plus shared files and calendars your team will actually use.

Good to know: Google bills you directly for Workspace licenses. My fee covers the setup.

Included

  • Google Workspace account and domain setup
  • An email address for each person, plus shared ones like info@
  • Moving your old email, contacts, and calendar
  • Shared drives with a folder structure that makes sense
  • 2-step verification and basic security settings
  • A [30-minute] walkthrough for you and your team

Timeline: [about 1 week].

04 · Extras

Video editing

On its own, or alongside a website project.

Video editing

From [$XXX] per video

Short, captioned videos edited from footage you shoot on your phone. For social media, your website, and your Google Business Profile.

Included

  • Vertical clips for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
  • Videos for your website and Google Business Profile
  • Captions on every video, since most people watch with the sound off
  • Cuts, color, audio cleanup, and music
  • [2] rounds of changes
  • A one-page guide to filming footage that’s easy to edit

Turnaround: [3–5 business days].

Questions

Common questions

How much does a website cost?

Website projects start at [$X,XXX]. The final price depends on how many pages you need and whether I write the copy. You get a fixed price in writing before any work starts, and it only changes if you ask for more.

Do I own my website?

Yes. The domain, hosting account, website files, Google Business Profile, and analytics are all in your name. I get access as a helper. If we stop working together, you keep everything.

How long does a website take?

Most sites launch in [4–6 weeks]. The biggest factor is how quickly we get your content and feedback. Your plan will have dates on it.

How long until I show up higher on Google?

Changes to your Google Business Profile show up within days. Moving up in the local results usually takes [3–6 months], depending on your industry, your competitors, and your reviews. I’ll give you an honest read on our first call.

Can you guarantee first place on Google?

No. Nobody can, and anyone who promises it is guessing or using tricks that can get your listing suspended. I do the work that’s known to help and report the results every month.

I already have a website. Do I need a new one?

Not always. I’ll look at it before we talk. Sometimes a few fixes and a better Google Business Profile are enough, and if that’s the case I’ll say so.

What’s an AI agent, and is it safe to use with my customers?

It’s software that can read a message, decide on the next step, and take it in your tools: reply, book an appointment, or update a spreadsheet. I set limits on what it’s allowed to do, anything important waits for your approval, and every action is logged. If you’d rather AI never talk to customers directly, it can draft replies for you to send instead.

What can a dashboard connect to?

Most of what small businesses already use, like Google Analytics, your Google Business Profile, [QuickBooks, Square, Shopify, your CRM], and spreadsheets. If a tool can export its data, it can usually feed a dashboard. I’ll confirm yours before quoting.

How does recruiting pricing work?

For a single role, it’s [a flat fee of $X,XXX / X% of first-year salary], [half when we start and half when your hire starts]. [If your hire leaves in the first 90 days, I’ll run the search again at no charge.] Process setup and HR work are priced separately, up front.

Do you work with businesses outside South Florida?

Local SEO is South Florida only, because it works best when I know the area. HR, recruiting, AI agents, dashboards, Google Workspace, and video editing are available [anywhere in the U.S., done remotely].

Is there a contract?

Website projects use a simple one-page agreement with the price and timeline. Local SEO has a [3-month minimum], then it’s month to month. Cancel any time with [30 days’] notice.

What happens on the free call?

We talk for 20 minutes about your business, what’s working, and what isn’t. You’ll leave with at least [3] specific things to fix, whether or not you hire me. If it’s a fit, you get a written plan within [2 business days].

Not sure which one you need? Let’s talk it through.

Book a free 20-minute call. I’ll tell you what I’d do first, and what you can skip.
