Why Sought exists

That’s most of the owners I meet. A lot of them paid for a website that looks fine and doesn’t bring in calls, and nobody could tell them why.

Then business picks up, and they need to hire fast, with no process, no paperwork, and nobody to ask.

I’ve spent [X years in HR and recruiting at/for ___] and [X years building websites and local SEO for ___]. More recently I’ve been building the systems behind the scenes: dashboards that pull an owner’s numbers into one place, and AI agents that handle the follow-up nobody has time for. Sought puts all of it under one roof.
