Who we are

What we collect

Information you give us

• Contact form: your name, email, and message, plus your phone number, business name, and the service you’re interested in if you choose to share them.
• Free audit request: your email, business name, main service, and website address, plus any optional survey answers (for example, where your customers are and how they find you).
• Booking a call: your name, email, the time you pick, and anything you type into the booking form.
• Email and phone: anything you send when you contact us directly.

Information collected automatically

• Website analytics: [We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page views without cookies and without tracking you across other websites.]
• Server logs: our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested, to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
• Fonts: pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address and browser details in order to send the font files.

How we use it

• To reply to your message, prepare your free audit, and schedule and hold calls.
• To send you a proposal or follow up about a request you made.
• To understand which pages are useful, so we can improve the site.
• To keep the site secure and prevent spam.

We don’t sell your personal information. We don’t add you to a mailing list unless you ask to be added.

Who we share it with

We use a few service providers to run this website. They process your information only to provide their service to us:

• Formspree receives contact form and audit request submissions and delivers them to our inbox. Formspree privacy policy.
• Cloudflare hosts the website and provides analytics. Cloudflare privacy policy.
• Google Fonts delivers the fonts used on this site. Google privacy policy.
• Google Workspace runs our email and the booking calendar on the Book a Call page. When you book a call, Google receives the details you enter, like your name and email, and may set cookies needed for booking to work. Google privacy policy.

We may also share information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.

Cookies

This website does not set its own cookies. The Google booking calendar on the Book a Call page may set cookies that it needs to work. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; if you block Google’s cookies, you can still book by phone or email.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiries and audit requests for up to [24 months] so we have context if you contact us again. Client records are kept as long as needed for the work and for tax and legal requirements. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your choices

You can ask us to tell you what personal information we have about you, correct it, or delete it. Email cristian@soughtconsulting.com and we’ll respond within [30 days]. We may need to confirm your identity first.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS, and we limit who can access the information you send. No method of sending or storing data is completely secure, so please don’t send sensitive information such as Social Security numbers, bank details, or passwords through our forms.

Children

This website is for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We don’t knowingly collect information from children.

Links to other websites

This site links to other websites, such as client sites and our service providers. Their privacy practices are their own.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we’ll update the date at the top of this page.
